Filippo discovers the joy of sailing in his teenage years, and since then he has not stopped sailing in races and cruises.

Driven by the desire of understanding more about sails, he started visiting sail making activities around Italy and then started his own sail-making business over 40 years ago.

He competed in over 1000 races and took part in countless cruises over the Mediterranean Sea.

He was involved as Sailing Instructor for a a long time and Race Judge.
